Man Coach Mike Campbell described how men in his orbit have benefited from connecting to communities of like-minded gents for the purpose of having real conversations.

Shawn Tracey of FIT Nutrition discussed the diet and motivation hacks that everyone can benefit form in winter

Cassie Cameron of the soon-to-launch mindfulness app, Mind High Club (also a co-founder of FIT Nutrition) discussed some of the wellness practices that have transformed her lifestyle as a startup entrepreneur.
