  • Cutoff for all states other than WA + NSW – Rural area’s 4th December, Metro area’s 11th December

  • Please advise if you require signature on delivery or if you authorise ‘Authority to Leave’.

We’re currently offering free shipping for orders over $99 Australia Wide. This excludes Western Australia and Rural areas. Please use the shipping calculator on our cart, or checkout page to determine if you’re eligible for free shipping.

Your orders will be packed and shipped within 4 days of the order being received – unless Express shipping is selected in which case orders will be packed and shipped within 2 days of the order being received

How does the gentSac. subscription work?
How much do you charge for Shipping?

We offer fast, FREE delivery within Australia for any gentSac Subscription & for orders over $99. For any purchases  under $99 we offer a flat rate of $9.95 for postage, not incl Express Post or shipping to WA/rural areas.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We generally ship within 2-4 days of receiving your order, this is subject to change during peak periods so please let us know if your order is urgent.

Standard shipping is generally 2-4 days after despatch but can take up to 12 days to remote or rural areas.

We also offer an Express delivery option which we aim to despatch within 24-48 hours. Simply place your order prior to 12 noon and you will receive your order in 3-4 business days (except for remote and rural areas).

What is my subscription anniversary?

Your subscription Anniversary is the date of the month you originally subscribed combined with the frequency you have selected. E.g if you originally subscribed on the 1st of the month and selected Bi-monthly frequency you will be charged on the 1st of every second month and can expect your delivery within 1-5 business days of this date provided payment was processed successfully.

I’ve received the wrong item or my item is damaged. What do it do?

We take a lot of care to ensure you receive what you have ordered and in the condition you expect. If something has gone wrong along the way please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item in the mail and we will arrange for the incorrect/damaged item to be returned to us and a replacement item will be sent out to you.

My gentSac. hasn't arrived. What do I do?

Please contact us through your preferred method of contact and we will look into this for you to ensure you receive your expected delivery ASAP.

I’m not sure which gentSac. to choose – can you help?

Absolutely – you can use the ‘Create your Own’ online form to get in touch or contact us direct.

What if I want to skip a delivery?
